GDS and GLS with a New Logo |
The trade fair duo GDS and GLS now have a fresher, new look. A modern logo now forms the trademark of the two events organised by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. The new logo with its softer, more minimalist type melts the two established separate logos into a new uniform corporate design with high recognition levels.
“This new look is not least a tribute to the numerous conceptual changes at GDS and GLS. GDS, in particular, with its over 50-year history,has changed substantially,”said the fair ’s Project Manager Kirstin Deutelmoser.“ So the time had come to visually highlight the new approach of the fairs and adapt the corporate design accordingly.” The new logo puts the minimalist-look brand names centre stage giving the two fairs a timeless and emotional appearance.Needing no additional symbols to strengthen its message the logo is already being used in the current exhibitor and visitor canvassing for GDS and GLS.
The next GDS/GLS will be held in Düsseldorf from 9 to 11 March 2007.
