The leading event in the industry at the international level returns to Fiera Milano Rho from 15 to 18 February 2015, offering the products of more than 1,500 exhibitors from around the world.
The top fashion brands from around the world will be at theMICAM, including the noteworthy return of two important brands Ruco Line and Stephane Kélian to the fair. theMICAMsquare - THE FOOTWEAR HUB theMICAMsquare, the point of reference for the business and fashion community, comes back to pavilion 10; it's a place to get together and discuss the latest new trends in footwear and retail. The space, a true hub for professionals in the footwear business, will host a cycle of seminars organised in collaboration with WGSN focusing on the fall/winter 2015/2016 fashion trends for women, men and children.
SHOES ON THE CATWALK New developments in the upcoming edition include the fashion shows to be held at theMICAMsquare during the first three days of the event, organized in collaboration with the Rosemary Ferrari agency and WGSN. Shoes for women, men and children will hit the catwalk, featuring footwear from exhibiting companies selected by WGSN and divided into six themes that represent the lifestyles that are featured in theMICAM's pavilions: Active, Contemporary, Cosmopolitan, Luxury, Street and Urban. A WORLD OF SERVICES FOR COMPANIES AND VISITORS AT theMICAM For the entire duration of the event, theMICAM offer companies a corporate area on Corso Italia within which projects will be presented in partnership with ICE and the Ministry of Economic Development on the promotion of made-in-Italy products abroad, a business lounge as well as a qualified anti-counterfeiting service in collaboration with the Guardia di Finanza. theMICAM confirms the strategy of advancing the 2015 dates, a decision made to be more aligned with the international fair calendar and give a competitive edge for companies, which can present previews of collections and offer buyers the opportunity to better plan their purchases.
