The 88th edition of Expo Riva Schuh, which will take place from 10th to 13th June 2017, prepares to welcome over 1,400 exhibitors from 40 different countries, ready to show off their very best products for the 2018 Spring/Summer season to an audience of more than 13,000 trade professionals coming from around 100 countries.

Expo Riva Schuh will open the June 2017 edition with a talk about the most up-to-the-minute issues for the sector. Over the past few years, the world of footwear has seen numerous, significant changes, both from a production and a distribution point of view, with the growth of e-commerce dictating the definition of a new balance between retail and wholesale.

The digital revolution has also affected the trade fair sector with the development of increasingly personalised and on demand services. The on-line/off-line interaction has thus reinforced the role of fairs, being an opportunity for exploring an overall picture of the various sectors and also for developing interpersonal business relations.
